Why did Oh Ji-Hwan panic and throw a punch in the dugout?

LG Twins captain Oh Ji-hwan’s masquerade home run has finally arrived.

His teammates responded to the captain’s home run with an indifferent gesture. Heading to the dugout, Oh high-fived head coach Yeom Kyung-yup and the coaching staff before moving to share his joy with the players, but they didn’t look at him, instead staring at the ground.

He then slammed his helmet down on the ground to show his emotion, then reached up to the ceiling and reverently performed the home run ritual alone.

When the indifference continued, a flustered Oh panicked and lightly punched Jung Joo-hyun on the back, demanding attention. Afterward, the players celebrated their captain’s home run with a hearty Indian meal.

After receiving the special congratulations, Oh went on to bat fifth (shortstop) in the lineup and went 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs to help the team regain the lead.
